I hired Kelley Grant & Tanis on July 1 to handle what I expected to be a straightforward residential eviction. This is an extremely professional and efficient firm for evictions. Elizabeth was the paralegal who assisted us with an eviction, and she was exceptionally knowledgeable regarding the process. She kept me consistently informed of our progress, responded to all emails in a timely manner, and provided excellent communication regarding necessary next steps. Based on this experience, Kelley, Grand & Tanis will be the firm we use for all future evictions. I would highly recommend their services.
STEER CLEAR!!!! We contacted them for a quote and information to start an eviction. They ended up charging our credit card even though there was noting done by their firm.
I called this law firm almost 2 weeks ago and spoke to a receptionist. I explained to him the neighbor dispute I was having that involved my multiple phone calls to BSO for theft, trespassing, illegal dumping, etc. Everything is on video. He told me someone would contact me within 24 hrs and nobody ever did. I don’t believe all these 5 stars reviews listed on Google are even real people. My experience was the opposite of theirs. If they weren’t interested in helping me, they could have at least called me back and told me.
