This company is severely lacking in customer service, amongst many other crucial qualities of a well-run business. The only reason they have not gone out of business is because they are stealing money from every vehicle they can take a picture of. I sold a vehicle a month ago. I did not take the plates off (regrettably) because this is what the buyer requested. I received a letter from this same company saying that I have a parking violation for 11/19/2022 in EL PASO, TX.. funny thing is.. #1 IVE NEVER BEEN TO TEXAS IN MY LIFE, #2 NONE OF THE INFO MATCHES MY VEHICLE, #3 MY VEHICLE WAS AT CALIBER COLLISION BECAUSE I HIT A DEER ON 11/02/2022! MOST DEFINITELY A SCAM! I was in a whole rental from Enterprise! Good Try though! I even tried calling the number ON THE WEBSITE and not the letter that was mailed and it was not in service! One of the worst law offices I have ever dealt with. It is impressive to me that these lawyers even passed the BAR exam. When calling confirming no more legal documents would be sent and confirming payment I was hung up on. I’m very young and a small business owner and have better customer service than you.
I am going to report the parking company to the BBB I paid for my parking and I have proof from my bank, at the moment my parking time expired it was impossible to get out of there since there were several cars parked behind my car, I am going to report to BBB. I also have my lawyer ready and I already consulted him.
