Updated experience from 3 years ago. CPA ghosted me and never returned my calls. If there is an issue with your return - do not expect customer service. Good luck! It is unfortunate that I have to write this review. My first experience was originally going really well after being referred to this CPA. Unfortunately, not only did they miss the deadline to turn in the documents, they also didn't realize that the documents that were submitted were not accepted. I have used them for several years now and found them to be professional, responsive, well versed in their craft and more than pleasant to work with. Highly Recommended!
It is unfortunate that I have to write this review. My first experience was originally going really well after being referred to this CPA. Unfortunately, not only did they miss the deadline to turn in the documents, they also didn't realize that the documents that were submitted were not accepted. On top of which, after bringing this up with them, they are taking over a month to respond to emails, calls, etc. Extremely unprofessional and would not recommend until they get some type of system in place that helps with client e... read more
