After writing me two emails within 24 hours (after an 8 year issue) and me personally stating that I need more time to find it because you asked me to locate the payment to get a reimbursement. Updated experience from 3 years ago. CPA ghosted me and never returned my calls. If there is an issue with your return - do not expect customer service. Good luck! It is unfortunate that I have to write this review. My first experience was originally going really well after being referred to this CPA. Unfortunately, not only did they miss the deadline to turn in the documents, they also didn't realize that the documents that were submitted were not accepted.
