I received a call back from this lawfirm from Jordan the phone rep who I thought was an AI ROBOT bec she kept speaking and gave no human interaction or kind expression. She assumed with her own ears I said something I did not which was “if you’re uncomfortable sending us documents then you can just wait for an email”. I asked her I’m sorry where did you hear that I was uncomfortable with sending doc? I was mid sentence explaining I will be using a scanner to send docs to them and she just heard whatever she wanted and domina... read more
