OMG the woman who answers and screens calls for the lawyers, is absolutely a WITCH!!! Beyond rude. She will ask you what it pertains to and as soon as you say something that falls out of their specialty, she will interprupt you very abruptly ... "ma'am ma'am, that's not something we handle"!
