This lawyer never checked to see if there was a conflict of interest within the family before she hearded my parents and brother into a trust seminar. Signed my parents up to a trust that my brother controls. She sent a letter afterward stating she no longer reps my 97 year old mother, but does rep my brother. Mrs. Truesdell helped me settle my Brother's estate, may God rest his soul. I did not really understand exactly what I was supposed to do as my Brother's successor Trustee. Kellean directed me through my duties and helped me to avoid some expensive mistakes!
