Fantastic customer service. Had a pin break on a rifle and called in to order a replacement. **************** reached out to the techs and told me they would be sending one out free of charge. Only took a few days and now its good as new. I'll have no reservations about reaching out to them should anything else happen in the future, not that I expect anything. **************, innovative ideas, and great service. Look forward to purchasing more Kel-Tec products in the future.

The best customer service I ever experienced! Cannot say enough good about them. Communication is fantastic. Kept me informed every step they took to honor the warrentee on an item I had a minor issue with. Very fast turn around.

The best customer service that I have ever experienced in my 50 years. Had an issue with my Keltec product and called in and was walked through the process of returning it for service. Simplest and smoothest process i have ever dealt with. Got an email when they received the product, got an email when they started the service of the product, and got an email when the service was done and product was shipped. Any company that doesn't respond to a complaint within a week is a company that could care less about their customers. I ordered a gun case for my Sub 2000 rifle and they sent me the wrong one but charged me for the lower priced and smaller case. It has been a week,at least,since I sent them an email asking for them to let me send the wrong one back to them in exchange for the correct one.

Well sent numerous emails no response , called and talked to Tim gave him my email address , said he email UPS label and that was over 2 weeks ago. S2k receiver cracked and they don't acknowledge there's a problem. First Kel tec I bought and the last one I buy. Thanks for not answering none of my support tickets...

I bought a Kel-Tec pistol 16 years ago and through my carelessness the gun was basically destroyed. I sent the gun (with pieces) to Kel-Tec with a note explaining how I had rendered this firearm useless. I received a text a few weeks later saying FedEx would be delivering a package the next day that would require a photo ID. The next day I was shocked to open a box that contained my gun and it looked brand New! I can't thank Kel-Tec, and technician Lynn B., enough for what they did. I have several issues with this company. I own three kel tec firearms a pmr30 that has been fine so far, a sub 2000 that has been recalled, and a cmr30 that required warranty work due to the frame cracking in my hand when firing within a week of buying it. After getting the cmr30 back from kel tec the slide lock lever broke within 200 rounds.
