This store has great potential for such a small town. Only downside is if your are heading to work or on break this is not the ideal place to stop. YOU WILL BE LATE!! They have multiple employees but there is always only one person on the register. The customer service could be better. No one would come to the register and when someone finally came out I assumed they were there to check so I went up to the register and they very rudely informed me that they would not be helping me and to wait for another employee. I understand they’re busy but there is no reason to be rude or leave customers waiting, I was not the only one.
After spending HUNDREDS of DOLLARS at KEITH'S SUPERSTORE I FINALLY EARN 500PTS TO RECEIVE A $5.00 REWARD, BUT WHEN I TRIED TO REDEEM THE REWARD THEIR ELLISVI, MS LOCATION POINT SYSTEM WAS DOWN... SO I TRY AGAIN 2 DAYS LATER AND I WAS TOLD THAT I CAN PURCHASE SOMETHINGCTO GAIN MORE POINTS BUT TO REDEEM MY $5.00 WAS NOT AVAILABLE!! Soooo. One of the best Keith's in the area. They always have competitive gas prices, neat, orderly and super clean restrooms, along with having one of the best selections of snacks and drinks in the area. They also carry a wide variety of adult beverages, ice cream products and so much more. In addition to all this, you can find a great assortment of out-of-the-ordinary gas station buys (not just t-shirt and sunglasses kind of buys) at great prices. Most importantly, we've always received helpful service with REAL smiles!!!
