First and last time coming here. Today (April 13 around 12:09 p.m.), I stood at the counter for over 2 minutes while two employees were behind it doing nothing to help. One was on the phone sitting on the ground and completely ignored me—even after making it obvious I was waiting. I had to ask, “Is anyone open?” just to get acknowledged. Then she set my money down on counter she was so rude This was extremely unprofessional and poor customer service. I will not be returning.
The food and people are amazing, they check you out quickly and they have lots of options.
Cashier was rude with attitude and was trying to refuse to sell Powerball tickets except for the $2 and $3 tickets even after being told multiple times that I was wanting a ticket with 1 platform 6 drawings. After making a complaint the supervisor stated the cashier was fine having an attitude with customers and trying to refuse selling them what was asked for.
Good people always very helpful and funny especially that Wilson guy , he puts the “ent” in convenient
