Absolutely the worst Keith’s by far! The service is horrible | customers are constantly ignored, and the cashiers are so rude and too busy on their phones or doing everything but their ACTUAL JOB! The bathrooms are so nasty with urine and tissue on the floors. The owner should be ashamed to even own this Keith’s. It is pathetic.
Worst Keith’s in Hattiesburg!! Go anywhere but here. The staff is rude, no customer service, nasty attitude, the attitude towards serving the customers is just unacceptable. When you try to pay the cashier gives you a hard time over the smallest transaction.
This is my by far the worst Keith's in Hattiesburg, all the employees are on their phones while helping customers, listening to someone else's FaceTime while trying to get service is unacceptable, prop the phone up keep talking, have to repeat myself numerous times. Can you please address this, this store has gone down tremendously
