My total was $12.31. I gave her $13.01. She's busy yapping with her worker about her deep freezer, didn't even bother to say hello, how are ya... nothing. She gives me back 65 cents. I said you owe me a nickel. She says we don't have any pennies (yeah, she really did). I said I just gave you one. I repeated the total and what I gave her. Absolutely the worst Keith’s by far! The service is horrible | customers are constantly ignored, and the cashiers are so rude and too busy on their phones or doing everything but their ACTUAL JOB! The bathrooms are so nasty with urine and tissue on the floors. The owner should be ashamed to even own this Keith’s. It is pathetic.
Worst Keith’s in Hattiesburg!! Go anywhere but here. The staff is rude, no customer service, nasty attitude, the attitude towards serving the customers is just unacceptable. When you try to pay the cashier gives you a hard time over the smallest transaction.
