Many years ago I was gifted with a beautiful mini cleaver from Keith Nix. When I needed some other knives sharpened I reached out. Keith did a fantastic job sharpening both my quality knives, and my less expensive ones. As I was meal prepping with my newly sharpened knives I was reminded that tools in good working order make meal prep so much easier. I don’t know why I delayed getting this done. Keith is so easy to work with and it’s worth the cost!
Keith is seriously the best! All things 5 stars, communication, skills, timeliness. My knife was sharper coming back from Keith than it was when I was gifted it last Christmas. He also took the time to explain how to properly clean the blade and take excellent care of my wooden handle. Couldn’t be happier with the results and can’t wait to bring back my whole knife block. Thanks Keith!
Clear and responsive communication, quick turnaround on the sharpening service, fair pricing. My Zwilling kitchen knives are now incredibly sharp. Will definitely be contacting Keith for future knife services!

We are a small marine canvas shop in Oriental and Keith worked with us to get all our shop scissors sharpened. We send him half of ours at a time and he turns them around quickly so we can get back to work. His customer service is phenomenal and second only to his sharpening skills! We are faster with sharper scissors and he does a phenomenal job. We will be continuing to go to Keith for many years to come!
