If there was an option to not give a star, that would be the answer. 2016, Keith was contacted about resolving a will. He was hired and paid a retainer fee. Time passed and his office in Houston was closed. The family received no communication of how to contact him. He was finally located and couldn’t recall about being paid and knew nothing about the case. He has been contacted several times and then completely dropped with no response from him or his staff.
