Mr. Simon literally saved me from losing my dream home! As a domestic violence survivor, there were some special personal circumstances that had to be carefully navigated to ensure we could close and I'd remain protected. He was fast, thoughtful, considerate, honest and got the job done! I will recommend him over and over again! He made a long time dream come true!
After 2 years searching and several contracts on homes that didn't pan out for one reason or another, we finally closed on a home recently.
