Mr. Frank is a scammer—do not trust him. In 2010, he was supposed to submit an application for my family but never did. For years, I kept asking for updates, and he repeatedly claimed there was a backlog and that files were being transferred from Vegreville to Toronto. I believed him. It wasn’t until 2015 that we discovered the truth—he had never submitted the application at all. He took our money, including the $550 filing fee, and did nothing. Do not use….got scammed from Mr frank years ago. Didn’t submit my papers and lost so much money. Had to go to a real lawyer after deportation letter.
My experience with this firm was really amazing and Jennifer the lawyer who handled my case did extremely well, especially with the little amount of time she had. She was able to make everything work and my papers got approved quicker than the time I expected. I would highly recommend.
