Avoid this organisation at all costs. Reasons: Conveyancer “KL” failed to, or unbelievably “forgot” to provide mandatory yet basic documentation required for our property settlement causing significant delays. In addition to hiding this amateur mistake until the 11th hour (after COB the evening prior), “KL” offered no explanation, no solution, and certainly no apology.
