I do not recommend seeing this lawyer!!! he was very biased, arrogant, ignorant and just a rude person to me and my father in preparation for my families living-will arrangements. I was nothing but respectful to that guy and he literally told my father, that I was trying to "persuade" my father into doing things that he did not want to do. Everything already had been agreed upon (for years) of what the arrangements were supposed to be (all spoken about with my mother still being alive & her wanting it this way).. Very reasonable fee to prepare a will and a medical power of attorney. Revised the POA when the person I had given it to passed away, and the one that had been prepared for him stood up with his hospital and emergency room.
