I have seen Lauren multiple times now, for injuries and muscle soreness, she has helped massively towards recovery and is extremely helpful with additional information to help me with training. Also, a very nice person and easy to talk to.
I’ve been working with Lauren for over two seasons during my semi-professional football career, and I can’t recommend her highly enough. Her support both pre-game and post-game has been invaluable—from injury prevention and warm-ups to rehab and recovery. She’s consistently gone above and beyond to get me back to peak condition and keep me on the pitch. Her knowledge, professionalism, and dedication have made a massive difference to my performance and long-term fitness.

Anna Lena was very thorough and compassionate in her approach. I loved the massage, not having to lie face down is a real bonus. Would highly recommend.
