Specialties Keezer's was started in 1895 by Max Keezer in Harvard Square. Many Harvard students, including John F. Kennedy, would earn extra spending money by selling their high quality formal wear and other slightly used men's wear to Keezer's. High rents forced Keezer's out of Harvard Square in the late 60's. Today Keezer's is located near Central Square. Keezer's sells new and used men's wear and specializes in formal wear.

An amazing place to get any formal wear and incredible prices. There is no other place like this! I’ve bought 3 tuxes and a morning suit here!
Keezers is a Cambridge institution. Its the go to place for weddings, proms, and banquet waiters and waitresses. Every pair of pants, tuxedo shirt, bow tie, and cumberbund I own was bought at Keezers. Hopefully they will rise again and I will be there to support them.
Keezer's is still open if you need to rent and return before June 9th (possible closing then). We rented a tux and my nephew bought a tux jacket for about the same price (we probably should have looked at that...). Quirky store but the staff know how to outline the choices and tux rental is a better deal than other places I know of.
Great service, beautiful used suits and sports coats, plus a knowledgeable and friendly staff. Oh and that wool jacket you buy will cost 10 percent of its original price. Keezer’s cannot be beat.
For as long as I can remember this has been the go-to place in Cambridge for formal wear. They will get you set up with the right thing, and it might be Perry Ellis wool for 10% of the original price.
