Moving across country, we managed to get the uhaul stuck in the mud. JAMES was so very kind, patient, and understanding over the phone and was able to arrive within half an hour. Hubby's words were " such a kind soul" !!!! Very grateful.
Great customer service. We had a situation with keys locked in a car in Walnut Grove and they came out of their way to help. Thank you so much for your responsiveness and support. Will definitely be pointing people to this company in the future.
