Went to Pascagoula location to do a personal loan to purchase a vehicle from an individual. I got the funds cut in a cashiers check made out to the individual who later that day informed me he would prefer cash. I went to the vancleave branch the next morning only to be told that there was nothing they could do. I had original paperwork from day before as well as the original check and my id.
