KFCU Vancleave is the best branch hands down! The tellers are very knowledgeable and help me to keep all my transactions in a certain order that allows my booking records to be excellent.
KFCU Vancleave is the nest branch on the coast! Each teller greets me by name each time I go in the branch. They are all very helpful and knowledgeable. I have multiple accounts with KFCU and they help me keep each transaction with the most details.
The Vancleave Branch has the most friendly staff. They always welcome you soon as you come through the door. I have all my personal and business accounts through them. Outstanding Service.
I called and got pre-approved for an RV loan. I gave the lending agent the year, make, and model of the motorhome we were looking at and was given an interest rate. Days later, when we arranged to meet the sellers at the branch to close on the loan and get them paid, we found out that we would be penalized for the RV being more than 10 years old.
