Jourdan did a fantastic job assisting my mother. She was very patient and positive. I cannot rave enough about her customer service!
Ridiculous to have one teller working at 9 A.M. Line of 5 people waiting. One if the managers comes up sees line and just goes back to wherever. Thus happebs almvthe time st this branch. Regina works quickly ti get everyone helped but it only takes a problem to slow down her progress. I arrived at 9 finally got my deposit made st 9:20 according to deposit slip. Need to do better!
The ladies at this KFCU are always very pleasant and helpful, however I miss seeing the family pics which tell patrons more about the teller and her family. I’ve never seen an office space with no family pics, the space seems so cold without pics. Otherwise this branch is THE BEST.
Kitana at the St. Martin Branch (in Ocean Springs) was great!! She greeted me by name with a smile. The transaction was quick which I appreciated as I was in a hurry. The St. Martin branch is clean & cool. Thank you!
