I’ve been with KFCU for years and they have been great, but this branch was a disappointment. I went earlier that day to see what I needed to sign my son up for an account and was told to stop by after school and they would take care of it. We arrived 1hr before closing, they signed us in and told us it should be about 20mins before they would see us which was no problem. 30mins later they tell us they can’t see us and we will have to come back tomorrow or go to a different branch which is 10-20mins away. Great experience! It was my first visit to this branch. I needed an item notorized, Cirrian (spelling?) provided exceptional service. I'm glad he and the branch are there. Oh, and thank you for still notorizing as a Member Benefit (no fee). Merry Christmas ☮️♥️
