Highly suggest staying away. No phone number to reach a branch They have no management that can actually help. Management is more of a messanger for the call center.
Not a good company to finance through does not care about their customers, do not offer perks/incentives, does not have anything in place to assist long terms customers that face hardship. Never missed a payment with automatic withdrawal in 4/5 years and cannot get any assistance. State Farm is better than this credit union smh.
I just think 48 hours is too long to hold onto checks. 24 hours understandable. I'll never make that mistake again
