The staff was very friendly and helpful. Service was speedy and I really appreciate them calling me due to a fraudulent charge on my card.
I wish I could leave zero stars. The lack of customer service is appalling. There was a super nice associate who opened my account. Too bad she is not the branch manager.... the one there is extremely out of touch.
