UPDATE: The CSR called me today and committed to making it right. Nobody, bank, or company is perfect but a acknowledging the error and making it right is what matters. Changing up to 3*. Great rates, but unfortunately I was slammed with hidden credit life and disability insurance on both of my loans. The CSR verbally explained what I was signing on the electronic signature pad, but completely omitted any mention of these voluntary, costly insurance coverages.
