I have an incredible experience EVERY TIME my day takes me to Keesler! The service is phenomenal, the atmosphere is inviting, and the business is always on point. Today, I MUST give a HUGE THANKS to JARED @ the Orleans Street location. I had a few questions. He not only walked me, patiently, through the answers... he educated me and gave me new confidence in my banking decisions. It is experiences like this and people like him who will keep me making deposits with this establishment. You should too. 10/10
Customer care not customer service
False advertising. Keesler advertises that they have a 4.0 percent for car loans. I applied and additional documents were needed. I sent them in and Kessler quoted me a 7 percent interest rate which is a total joke given I have amazing credit and no debt. The lady on the phone added gap to my loan which I did not ask for plus some insurance that I don’t need. I would not recommend this place. I ended up with a 4 percent loan elsewhere. Don’t bother applying if you don’t want the hit on your credit report.
I came to get a car loan. The odds weren’t in my favor but Kimberly’s kindness, patience and willingness to hear my story and help really change the trajectory of this experience for me. I was truly blessed today. Definitely recommend Kessler and Kimberly most of all!
