I just switched banks away from this union. Terrible experience!! . Takes 4-5 days for a payroll check to clear, paid bills sit in pending 3-4 days til cleared, so never know your actual balance and if you call customer service it continues to re-route you to "TONEY" An Ai... Last year they blocked my account for fraud alert 8 times for amazon orders!! Pain to transfer money to a different account if they even "allow" it!! Advice for all, move to a different union or bank!

I’ve always been met promptly by friendly and knowledgeable staff.
The loan department is COMPLETE GARBAGE. We had a full week of back and forth phone calls to finance a car and I sent each document to them at least twice because they kept loosing them. After a week and a half of everything, they then say I have to re submit my application. Not the place for a loan.
