Great service and no wait.
No line, very friendly, excellent service
Open a new account put an insurance check through the insurance check bounced because the bank is saying the check is no good. I took a copy of it down to another bank. They’re saying that check is good. They have now robbed my friend of a lot of money. This bank needs to make things right very frustrating very rude and very dishonest people saying how they can’t give a check back, but under Louisiana state Federal law if a check balances, you must give it back to the customer.
The teller Lori Lamar was excellent friendly and great customer service !!!!!!
I drove all the way from Marrero to come to Cross Gates. They are very friendly and helpful. Lori is the best. She answered all my questions and went beyond what I asked.
