This company is incredibly frustrating to deal with. I took out a personal loan with them, and I regret ever stepping into their office. From the start, it has been nothing but headaches. I have never been late on a payment—in fact, I always pay on time, often early, and even make extra payments toward the principal, keeping me ahead on my loan.
