Great service. Employees are always friendly and helpful
Our loan officer was AWESOME! She was knowledgeable, professional, and got right to business with our needs. She was patient and courteous, that made the atmosphere less stressful and we were on our way feeling accomplished. We love KFCU for the caring professionals they are! Someone say hi to General Moss for me.
Kaci is absolutely wonderful!! Our large group of siblings utilized her services at least twice recently as we are dealing with a mountain of legal documents to process and Kaci was extremely helpful and patient with us. We will continue to utilize KFCU and will seek out Kaci as our “Go To” person!
