really great experience with Ellie at this location. She really went above and beyond to try to help me find the right shoe. I truly felt like she wanted to help me find the right fit/something that was going to work for me as opposed to just trying to sell me something. It was a very genuine interaction and she really knows her stuff! She had updates and information about the newest models. it's such a relief working with a store like this as opposed to going into places like rebel sports.

Went to the store on the last day of my holiday in Perth as I was told that Keep On Running is a LGBTQ+ friendly store by my friend. I was mortified at the experience I had, all the staff were stood behind the counter on their phones, Showing each other TikToks. They saw me and made an assumption on how I looked like deciding they had better things to do then help me just continuing their conversation with no hello.
