I took my grandson into Keep on Running thinking it would be a nice little outing to get him his first proper pair of running shoes. Big mistake. The customer service here was downright disgraceful.From the moment we walked in, not one person even acknowledged us. No hello, no smile, nothing. The staff looked completely uninterested, as if helping customers was a chore.
