She was very helpful fast and easy
Giovanna screwed our taxes so badly 2 years ago, we have yet to see a dime. The IRS has classified anything done by Giovanna as fraudulent so we do not expect to see any of our $10K+ tax return from that year. Its been a very frustrating process. We've had to report her and "Keep N Mind" to the IRS. Do not recommend.
