So far I am not impressed. When I did the program a few years ago it seemed to have run smoother, people returned calls, products were received in 2-3 days and the staff was friendlier. I was told by someone to stop giving Covid passes for unprofessional behaviors and I get that now. I’d you don’t want to work go find another job. I am a cash paying customer and I guess I expect too much from Professionals. I will give them 1 month to see if attitudes and professionalism change.
I have been actively working with the doctors and staff at Roseville’s Keep It off Clinic for several months. It took me a while after my initial visit to decide to commit to the program. During that time, everyone I spoke with was very kind, understanding, and willing to answer my questions. Dr. Tomlin was very caring and willing to spend additional time helping me understand the program from a medical standpoint.
