I am a huge fan of Keep In Touch!!I come from a distance to go there, but it is always worth the trip, and it feels line a mini vacation from my life. In my profession my body gets beat up pretty easily, and Dawn not only relaxes the muscles, but really knows the body and the techniques needed to achieve wellness. I highly recommend KIT! I've suffered for years with a herniated disk in my back. Initially, there was no releif, and doctors suggested surgery. In an attempt to avoid surgery, I tried chiropracters and physical therapy- all to no avail.
