I attended this clinic last year. Due to the side effects, I did not continue the program. The clinic never followed up but continued to charge my card. I have over $1700 in charges on my HSA card. I notified the clinic and was told that I needed to come in and complete a form to cancel. I am awaiting a refund. If you decide not to get further treatment, PLEASE CANCEL! This clinic will continue to charge you. This clinic has the worst business practice in healthcare I’ve ever experienced!
