Excellent Service, Called in yesterday to check stock availability. Service was good and friendly, Back today and bought 4 new chairs to go with a table we had, home within the hour with chairs. Excellent quality for the price. Thanks Keens
Just left keens ready to spend big money on a few items , however the member of staff we approached for help was uninterested and unhelpful we left empty handed
We've shopped at Keens for many years and the staff are amazing. This review is mainly to thank Ben in Customer Service for all his help over the last 6+ months. We purchased a Calia two seater and unfortunately, due to no fault of Keens, we had nothing but trouble with it. It was fixed on many occasions by the staff at Keens but when another fault materialised I refused to let them fix it again.
