Visited this showroom a couple of times and always really pleased with the selection of furniture and customer service.
Noon was very helpful when we were choosing our chairs , no pressure sales talk. She was professional in her manner.
Rude staff, bad attitude and the rep I had didn't even understand or speak English. All I wanted to do today was to buy two new dining chairs, have them delivered to the store so I can collect them next week. But oh no! They wanted me to collect them from their warehouse which is too far on foot! It is really that hard to buy or order furniture from Keens? I was looking for a comfortable high quality suite for some time before I discovered Keens.l was really taken with their 3 floors of beautiful high quality furniture.
