Unfortunately last year, March 2024 I suffered a traumatic brain injury (TBI). "The Keener Law Firm" was referred to help me with my Social Security application. In February of this year (2025) ad a 3+ hour conversation and "intake" with a kind woman. That's over 7 hours of talking with their firm. When I wasn't getting updates (it's August 2025 now) I sent them a message in my client portal and Ms. Keener called me for another one hour call. Keener Law firm took our case when no one else would! We applied for disability for my husband before covid. With covid the court system was backed up and his case got delayed in finalizing. We couldn't find any representation then, but kept through the appeal process and made it to a hearing where we lost.
