Teresa did a great job for us on our probate. Her knowledge and experience were hugely helpful. I would hire her again.
I am deeply frustrated with the lack of action and follow-through from Keene Law. I was assured that there was a clear plan in place for my case, and I trusted Teresa to execute it effectively. Unfortunately, that trust was misplaced. Despite the promises made, no meaningful action was taken on my case. Absolutely horrible. Kept no contact. Took 8 months to even act like she was going to do anything. Was extremely rude to my wife. And then dropped me because I got irritated with the time frame and way she spoke to my wife update new lawyer pulled all info that was needed up in five minutes of the first phone call. Supposedly took months for Keene law .Definitely go for a larger law office.
