I am a freight broker and hired Keena Transport for a load from Winnipeg to the Toronto area. This load was urgent and had important deadlines to meet. As we all know, trucking is not perfect. Logistics is challenging. The weather in Canada makes things very hard, and deadlines are difficult to meet. No load goes perfectly, but this one was as close as possible. I was contacted by this carrier due to a dispute with their broker. We contracted a broker to handle freight movement from Florida for us. Evidently the discussion between Keena and the Broker was ambiguous and they picked up the freight only to renege on the contracted rate and attempt to hold our materials hostage. UPDATE: Dispatcher from Keena called my personal cell to complain about the review and tell me how I was wrong.
Great customer service. Keeps you informed of delays. Reliable service. Never had any issues as posted below. The recent shipments to Florida were on time and driver was very friendly. Will definitely keep doing business with you. Thanks for such a professional service. Not so common these days.
