Great customer service. Keeps you informed of delays. Reliable service. Never had any issues as posted below. The recent shipments to Florida were on time and driver was very friendly. Will definitely keep doing business with you. Thanks for such a professional service. Not so common these days.
We have dealing with Keena for a number of years, and their service has always been great. If their is a problem with delivery they contact us immediately. They are a family run business and treat us as family. They always either pickup same day or the latest next day. They have been very reliable transport business for our company.
STAY AWAY! Worst company ever. They will hold your load HOSTAGE and ask for payment before delivering and BLACKMAIL you. And then directly approach your customers to get the same load. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL TEAM. All the good reviews are FAKE by their own employees.
Worst Company ever to do business with, stay far far away from them. they will pick up your load and hostage it before delivery for money.
