Physical recreation is fun
I have my C5,6,7 pinching on the nerve and right side of upper body causing constant pain for a year. Thanks Keen for identifying the problem since this May and now I have recovered close to perfection. Keen is patient and helpful. Thanks again.

My experience with Keen Physio has been nothing but exceptional! I was experiencing sever shoulder pain when i first visited Keen. Right from the start his knowledge & expertise were evident as he walked me through the causes of my issue & how to resolve it. Keen set me both stretches & strengthening exercises to fix my shoulder & after a few sessions my pain has pretty much subsided & i’m back to lifting heavy weights in the gym & performing exercises again i wasn’t able to, due to my injury!
