Daniela was great and got back to me within a day to answer a very unusual question. Service was alot better than could have been expected. Local and prompt; why not keep it in SA :)
The staff were very helpful, i couldn't fault the customer service. I was there to pick-up a office chair for a friend..
They get one star for not having the door locked during business hours. Walked in and stood around for 5 minutes, tried a couple chairs. Not one person out of 5 said hello, how can I help you, someone will be with you shortly... more interested in seeing the smoke through the windows from 5 blocks away... not complaining about the services because there literally was none...
