Amazing team, spent months literally trying to find a CPA that could provide some much needed information as I handled a personal situation that involved needing a CPA for guidance regarding financial matters. This firm was only one of two that even returned my call. Several years ago, I would have told you Keen &Co. are Experts of accounting...The Best! Then came 2021. I don't think the person from Keen & Co who did our taxes in 2021 was very qualified. Then came the 2022 tax season! The person from Keen and Co made so many computational errors, as the IRS worked through my finally submitted taxes, I was charged penalty fee after penalty for those errors for Months afterward.
