We will never consider shopping at this place again. A bag shows available online, my wife drives almost an hour to look at/buy it and it’s being held in the back for another individual until the weekend. Mind you it’s WEDNESDAY! The staff were very unhelpful and unwilling to check with the other customer to gauge intent to purchase. Keeks was willing to pass up an immediate given sale for a possible sale 3-4 days out. Shop elsewhere. The other low star ratings on this Hurst store are accurate.

what a great experience! It was my first time in the store, I was looking for a gift and the staff was amazing in helping me pick something out. They were well informed of each designer and bag that they had and Sara helped me decide on the perfect bag! I cant wait to give it to my sister, thank you for your help Keeks staff! I highly recommend this store!
