As opposing counsel, Tom is and was a worthy opponent. We had some intense yet professionally courteous sparring matches at a few hearings. Keeping in mind that when each participant in the legal process play by the rules, prepare, and remain objectiive while advocating soulfully. Well, then the result is justice.
