I haven't shipped a car with Kee West, but I encountered one of their trucks today. The driver had NO concerns about road safety and ran TWO cars off the road in the short span I was near them. It's super icy out and the driver had no concept of lanes...kept swerving into lanes on either side of them (no signal, obviously). Firstly their communication and customer service is not acceptable. I was quoted 3 times (3 different quotes; By Sal & Candace) and they refuse to take accountability for their mistakes. When we went to drop the car off, we got the recipt,we were told to pay later. To be honest I thought they meant pay when the car reach. (Silly me for not knowing). Like I stated the communication was horrible. Therefore my car has been sitting up in the lot for 4 days because of no payment. They haven’t reached out to me at all. I decided t... read more
