Kayla is a fantastic myotherapist! She actively listens and will educate you on what she is doing and how it is going to help. Her hands on skills are great and she is one of the only therapists that I would trust to use dry needling on me. I would recommend Kayla to anyone that is trying to get on top of some niggles or needing to rehabilitate an injury.
