I scheduled a 1-hr massage appointment with Keaton Basso as he came highly recommended by a friend. The day before my appointment I started to feel sick and I emailed him 23.25 hours prior to my appointment time (shortly after receiving the appointment reminder-- which also arrived past the cancellation cutoff) to request a rescheduling due to illness.
