Horrible experience :(. All of a sudden I found out that they raised min balance limit and started charging me for paper statements, after I had been charged for both for the last 3-4 months or so. Talked to a few reps, was expecting that since its the first time, they just implemented it, they would waive it. No one helped, one took my info and said manager will call back.
