The bank made a mistake on my account and I was charged late fees etc. I went to speak to someone about this issue at the branch. This is in conjunction with the use of their online bill pay. The rep. called their computer department and then explained to me they have no control over their bill pay. The rep. told me that it’s a third party that controls the online bill pay and I as the customer have to call them and take care the problem myself. I’ve been to several branches before. This by far is the worse one. The least the staff could have done is greet and acknowledge a person when they walk in. It’s understandable to be busy but no one was there! Completely disregarding a customer is terrible! I walked out and went through drive thru and it was much better service.
Manager at this branch is exceptionally rude and I didn’t feel welcome here
They great customer service and the Manger she have knowledge and respect the client
