Great Service at the Lanza Branch. Ladies are always accommodating.
Crazy that in the middle of the day there's only one teller. Really poor customer service.

The bank made a mistake on my account and I was charged late fees etc. I went to speak to someone about this issue at the branch. This is in conjunction with the use of their online bill pay. The rep. called their computer department and then explained to me they have no control over their bill pay. The rep. told me that it’s a third party that controls the online bill pay and I as the customer have to call them and take care the problem myself.
