Friendly, helpful, hometown and professional staff...
Extremely disappointed that the Assistant Manager did not allow me to open an account due to an outstanding debt I had for CHASE Bank. They were kind and welcome at first but then became extremely difficult to deal with and kept making excuses as to why they didn’t want me banking with them— they ended the convo with “we can deny whoever we want”. I already know this, and that was far from the point.
