Great place for money management
Just Bad policy! stopped in at the kearny bank in bradley beach… just needed change of a $20, 20 one dollar bills for grand kids game, was told no because we don’t have an account. Why would you behave like this in a neighborhood bank? why would i ever become a customer? horrible policy!!!! have a merry christmas Kearny bank! meanwhile the bank across the street was more than accommodating!!!!
Poor service and policies. They dont cash checks for non account holders. So if you write a check to someone. They may decide at their discretion NOT to cash it. They seem to forget that providing good customer service includes how you treat the people that come in with checks drawn on your bank from YOUR customers. This is not a Kearney wide policy, but absolutely make sure. Especially if you want the people who work hard for you to get paid.
