RecommendedTellers at the Spotswood office are courteous and very helpful. Shanna, Michelle and Jill and the rest of the staff is there to help you when you have a problem. It seems I always have a check book problem and Jill is there to help me. A great bank to do business with. I highly recommend this bank.
Worst first impression ever. My son (25 yrs old) was here for Christmas from Florida and went in to cash a personal check (a gift) from his grandmother (she is a customer of Kearny) They refused to cash the check. For whatever reasons they had- the “delivery” was condescending and unprofessional. My mother in law is not happy about the inconvenience either. Good to know I won’t be using this bank ever.
